Bridger Bowl Shuttle
Save yourself the trip! MOSS is offering an optional shuttle for students enrolled in camps that take place at the Bridger Bowl (June 10th - June 28th). Drop-off for the shuttle is at Headwaters Academy in Bozeman. Drop your child off between 7:45 and 7:55 each morning, and we will shuttle them up to camp at the Bridger Bowl in the MOSS vans. At the end of the day, students will be driven back to Headwaters Academy for pick-up between 3:30 and 3:45. Our vans are driven by trained MOSS staff.
You can purchase this shuttle for individual days ($10 per day) or for the entire week at a discount ($40 for the week). Both options include the morning and afternoon shuttle each day.
Please note:
We are able to accommodate car seats. Please send your child with their car seat if you would like them to use it. Please ensure that the child’s full name is written on the car seat.
Any shuttle cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. It is vital we know exactly who is signed up for the shuttle, and last minute changes make that very challenging!
If your child is signed up for the shuttle, they must ride it to and from the Bridger Bowl each day. We are unable to accommodate requests for a half-day shuttle due to logistical challenges. The only exceptions are if your child is enrolled in an overnight camp or attending After-Camp Care. You should still sign them up for the full day, but our rosters show that they will not be on the afternoon shuttle.
We do not offer a shuttle at the end of After-Camp Care. You will have to pick your child up at the end of each After-Camp Care session.
It is critical that students are dropped off and picked up on time for the shuttle. The drop-off window is 7:45-7:55 each morning. The shuttle departs promptly at 7:55, and you will be responsible for driving them to the Bridger Bowl if you’re unable to make this window.
Similarly, the shuttle will arrive back at Headwaters Academy between 3:30 and 3:45 each day. We ask that you arrive at Headwaters Academy for pick-up at 3:30 so that you are present when the shuttle arrives.
The success of this shuttle program depends on punctuality - one child running behind means that all the students on the shuttle get to their camps late. Therefore, if tardiness becomes an issue, MOSS has the right to cancel that family’s shuttle registration without refund.
By registering for the shuttle, you agree to these terms and conditions.
