SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships for Students

Our goal is to make MOSS’s unique and memorable programming available to everyone, no matter their background or means. The MOSS Scholarship Fund allows us to offer scholarships for both Summer Programs and Adult and School Year Programs (PIR day camps, Spring Break, and after-school series) to students that would not otherwise be able to participate. We need YOU and your generous support to ensure that these scholarships continue to be available!

Please select the appropriate application and carefully read the guidelines before applying.

Adult & School Year Scholarships

Please fill out this application for financial assistance towards MOSS Adult programs and School year youth programs including PIR Days and Spring Break Camps.

Summer Camp Scholarships

All scholarship funds for the 2024 Summer Camps will be awarded on a rolling basis. If you would like to contribute to MOSS’s scholarship fund to help MOSS offer even more financial assistance to families, please scroll down the page.

Scholarships for Classrooms

MOSS's Science in Residency Program visits K-8 classrooms to enrich science curriculum with hands-on activities and connections to the natural world. As school budgets continue to drastically decrease, we need to ensure that schools are able to continually participate in the program. With YOU and your tax-deductible donation, we can ensure this incredible programming is sustainable.

Donate to the MOSS Scholarship Fund

Our goal is to make our in-depth, high-quality programs available to everyone. However, we need YOU and your support!

Please make a generous tax-deductible gift to the MOSS Scholarship Fund so that we can continue to expand our breath of outdoor education programs to kids and schools that may not have the means to participate.

Let’s work together to enable all kids the chance to become more deeply connected to nature. YOU can make an incredible investment in a child's future with a gift large or small. THANK YOU!

  • For $100 you can provide a day of science enrichment to an enthusiastic child during a PIR day.

  • For $85 you can provide a Science in Residency Program to a classroom in Montana.

  • For $400 you can provide an entire week of investigations in the natural world to a summer camper.

MOSS is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax-deductible. Thank you!
