Fall Field Days
Dig into Science, Rooted in Nature!
Give your students a day of hands-on discovery in our outdoor laboratory! MOSS Science Field Days are held at Crosscut Mountain Sports Center in the beautiful Bridger Mountains. We lead K-8 classes in exploration of the local ecosystem, engagment in interactive science activities, and help students make real-world connections to what they’re learning in school.
Guided by experienced outdoor educators, each field trip is built around seasonal themes and grounded in inquiry-based learning. Students will hike, observe, ask questions, and investigate nature — turning curiosity into understanding. It’s the perfect way to enrich your science curriculum while giving students a breath of fresh air.
